I´ve been wondering if this potential oil-leak sabotage is to kick the euro oligarchs in the face? Oil is a resource that has been classically controlled by the same old oligarchs as usual, the Rothchilds and so forth. Christopher Story reported somewhere that the Queen had recently banished all yankees from her piece of land in Washington, so there seems to be tensions between the countries on the political level. The next question I guess is if whether the Rothchilds are playing both parties against each other, as we all know they don´t care for sovereign nations to begin with?

Well if you assume that you are to implement a world governance, the old structures must collapse somehow and create an incentive for
change. So as a part of "mixing it up" perhaps the tension serves the long term intentions as well as other intentions as well. Most issues are multi layered and multidimensional and so one particular move can serve many concurrent interests.

That´s a good point, perfectly in line with the sentiments of Rockefeller himself;

One can´t help but notice how politicians like Kissinger uses the word "opportunity" and "new world order" every time there is chaos in the world.

An oil leak, a concurrent economic collapse of nations, the polish government whacked out in a plane crash. Come on, that´s too much going on without suspecting orchestrations, although they may be coming from different layers of the agendas. The question is if it really is that controlled as some would like it to be? Or have something unexpected disturbed the long range plans of a new world order? I can´t personally see what that would be since the kleptocracy sits on the gold, and the gold is not going anywhere no matter how much the countries and their fiat rubbish implodes.
