Also known as simply the "working group, this little known establishement, implemented by Reagan after the Baisse of 1987, alledgedly intervenes at free falling of
the stock exchange. When a significant collapse occurs the team implements a major derivative investment where they purchase back the bonds at a fixed price, which changes the index according to the sum implemented. They operate behind closed doors and are not accountable to the congress.

Remember the last free fall of the US stock exchange? They claimed the issue was to the effect of somebody that had "pushed the wrong button". Well then again, maybe not.
